Well week one of body for life is over, so today has been my free day. You get a free day once a week on body for life which basically means you don’t exercise and can eat what ever you want. Yesterday I was actually looking forward to my free day, thinking it would be good to eat anything I wanted. However today when it actually came to eating things I didn’t really feel like stuffing myself full of anything ¨naughty¨ so basically I just ate when I felt like it.
So anyway the day went by and I actually started to feel kind of crap, sleepy, less energy, your basic crap feeling. I found this quite surprising because I think the process of feeling more energetic has come on so slowly this past week, I didn’t actually realise how completely crap I felt most of the time before body for life. So I think the free day side of things has been a real eye opener on the nutrition front, helping me to stick to the right foods, not that its been all that hard so far.
Anyway now that today is over I really looking forward to tomorrow´s food and exercise, and feeling good again. I´m also feeling excited about work tomorrow, I have some cool things to get finished at efrisson which should go live in the next few weeks.
Anyway in summary week one of body for life was a huge success and at this point of the challenge I feeling very confident and I looking forward to my four week body fat % test to see my progress.
