I’m really looking forward to getting my hands on a copy of longhorn (the next version of windows) when its released in 2006-2007. Mainly its because I know how cool its going to be graphically, and Windows XP has restored my faith in Microsoft’s ability to make an operating system that works. Personally I get sick of hearing how Linux is so much better, especially when it still lacks things such as a standard way of installing a bit of software. I mean for goodness sake is that a fairly basic function to expect from an operating system? don’t get me wrong I enjoy playing about with Linux, but to me it is just something to play with as apposed to actually use as my primary OS.
