It shouldn’t come as to much surprise that SFII has become the fastest selling XBLA title, especially given the large number of “where the F#@$#@% is SFII” comments leading up to the release of the game. It will be interesting to see how long it manages to hold its fastest selling title status. To be honest I think it could be king for a significant time to come despite the wealth of titles on the way. Few games compare to the mass market appeal of SFII and unless some of the games appear from my 5 most wanted list I can’t see myself fighting to get my hands on anything coming soon.
So how long do you think SFII will be king? 6 months? 12 months? More? What game could do it?
