Ok so Wii codes are terrible. 16 digits are stupidly long, too long to remember off the top of your head and easily share with your friends. Thankfully the community has come to the rescue with benmii.com, a handy little website that associates a tag with your friends code. So in my case I’ve attached my friends code with the word “geekpulp”. The concept is quite simple but to quote the site:
In a nutshell, BENMii remembers your painfully long Wii Number for you. Makes you searchable via a word, e-mail address, whatever you want to associate your Wii code with. None the less people searching for you can send a notification along with their Wii number straight to your Wii, if you have “[email protected]” in your address book.
