One of the things that’s concerned me about rumored/inevitable Xbox 360 hard drive upgrades is the issue of how to transfer data from your 20gb drive to the new one. Well if this latest rumor is anything to go by the solution will be as simple as a cable. According to the rumor the cable will be included with black 360s and separate 120gb hard drive upgrades and would simply connect the drives somehow and magically (using some form of voodoo while travelling faster than light around the sun) transfer the data between them.
Sounds like an easy fix to a potentially very annoying issue. Here’s hoping it turns out to be true.
