Getting started with XNA game studio

Since Microsoft launched XNA game studio express I haven’t heard much about it. I had assumed army’s of developers would launch into action and loads of user created content would be pimped all over the place, but so far nothing.

User created games is a great idea/concept so I thought I would just point out some resources to hopefully get the idea of creating a game back in your head, after all, us kiwis can really kick some ass when we set our minds to it.
