I don’t know about you but I can’t stand how the Olympic games and how totally take over everything when they are on. Whats worse is 95% of all events are total crap, I mean how interesting is it to watch a group of people running around in a circles? or jumping over stuff? I think if the summer Olympics really want to get some TV ratings they should take a page out of the winter Olympics books and sex up the sports a bit. For example the winter Olympics have the biathlon, a sport in which people ski around with guns and shoot stuff (but unfortunately not the other compeditors). Now you can’t tell me if during a marathon at the summer Olympics the competitors had to shoot stuff you wouldn’t watch the whole damn race.
Anyway enough of my bitching I’ve got places to go and people to see…
