Working on my gluten-free pizza dough game. After 5 hours of prep (probably 20 mins of effort) I’m fairly happy with the results. I’m tempted to buy some Caputo Fioreglut Gluten Free Flour but it’s $27 per kg. That’s crazy money even for gluten-free flour. Maybe once I’ve had a few more experiments I might treat myself to some.
