Much to my surprise, thanks to the delay in Xbox 360s launch date here in New Zealand, Palmerston North (PN) has inadvertently become “The place to be” for the NZ launch of Xbox 360. So what gives PN the edge over other New Zealand locations? Well the Xbox 360 tour bus just happens to be in town on the 22nd of March, just one day before the official launch on the 23rd.
The Xbox 360 tour bus is a great way to stop the death threats for pushing the launch date back and ‘get an early taste of some of the great features of the Xbox 360 plus play some of the games which are too highly rated (aka R16-18 type stuff) for the public kiosks.
Rest assured I’m taking the day off work on the 22nd (to the 24th), and will be onboard when the bus rolls into town’with my trusty camera phone in hand for some live moblog accounts of the bus and all its hidden treasures. If you have any request of info just ask and I’ll do my best to answer.
BTW to get on the bus you must be over the age of 16 and have pre registered on the official Xbox 360 roadtrip site.
