Good level of pain

Well day four of the mission to reduce my body fat % is over and I have just the right levels of pain from head to toe. After overdoing it on Monday (my first weights day, which focuses on my upper body) I was hurting quite a bit. So when it came to my second weights day (which is focused on my lower body) on Wednesday I was more sensible and didn’t over exert myself, but instead found a happy medium where I can feel the burn and retain my ability to move. So now that it’s Thursday my upper body is feeling about the same as my lower body, just sore enough 🙂
