Well our mini xbox LAN was hella cool and was so much easier than having a mini PC LAN. Just plug everything in, turn them on a bling blam bloom you playing Halo with three other people on two TVs, sweet. One of the great things about multi player gaming is how incredibly social it is. I got to meet my mates brother for the first time he was a good sort, could dish out quite a good beating, and was also good at xbox gaming 😉
I’m actually very keen to have another xbox LAN again soon although finding the time might be a challenge, but its a good investment. I’m also quite interested in getting an xbox live connection sometime soon, although I might wait until some more games come out or at the very least Halo 2, which works on xbox live or so I’m told. Its funny how I’m starting to shy away from PC gaming, I think its because I work on my PC so much now that playing on it means being in the same room and chair for 10 hours instead of 8. It’s just way more comfortable to play xbox in the living room lying on the couch. I look forward to the day I can access any information/software from anywhere in the house/world.
Anyway I’ve talked enough crap for one night and tomorrow is another day…
